An evening at Versailles
Terms & Conditions.
Ticket terms for 4 Seasons of Versailles at Aula Simfonia Jakarta, 27 October 2026 · 19:00 WIB. Please read them before you reserve your tickets.
1. The event and the organiser
- 1.1
These terms and conditions govern the booking of tickets for 4 Seasons of Versailles, a concert by the Orchestre de l'Opéra Royal at Aula Simfonia Jakarta on Tuesday, 27 October 2026 · 19:00 WIB (the “Concert”).
- 1.2
Tickets are sold by the Indonesian French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IFCCI) (the “Organiser”, “we”, “us”). Aula Simfonia Jakarta is the venue and its house rules apply in addition to these terms.
- 1.3
By ticking the acknowledgement box at checkout and reserving tickets, you (the “Buyer”) accept these terms on your own behalf and on behalf of every person who attends with a ticket from your booking.
2. Categories and seat allocation
- 2.1
Tickets are sold by category (a coloured area of the hall), not by numbered seat. The Organiser assigns a numbered seat to each ticket within the purchased category before the Concert.
- 2.2
Tickets from the same booking are seated together within their category whenever the hall layout allows. Seat details are communicated separately shortly before the Concert and are not printed on the ticket.
- 2.3
Seat preferences may be noted but are not guaranteed. The Organiser may move a seat within the same category, or to a higher category at no extra charge, for production, safety or accessibility reasons.
3. Prices, tax and payment
- 3.1
Prices are shown in Indonesian rupiah before the 10% entertainment tax (pajak hiburan). The tax is displayed at checkout and included in the total. There is no booking or platform fee.
- 3.2
A booking holds a maximum of 8 tickets. A booking becomes a reservation once submitted, and a confirmed order once the Organiser has received payment in full.
- 3.3
Payment is made by bank transfer to the account of Indonesian French CCI at PT Bank HSBC Indonesia, using the exact amount and the booking reference shown on the confirmation page and in the confirmation email. The exact amount includes a small matching adjustment that lets us recognise your transfer.
- 3.4
Payment must reach us within the deadline shown on your confirmation page, normally 24 hours after the reservation. Unpaid reservations are released after the deadline and the tickets return to sale. A transfer received after release will be refunded, less bank charges, or applied to a new booking if tickets are still available.
- 3.5
Bank charges, currency conversion and intermediary fees are borne by the Buyer. Transfers that arrive short of the exact amount are treated as incomplete until the balance is received.
- 3.6
Invitation and partner codes are personal, may be limited in quantity and category, and may be withdrawn if their conditions are not met. Complimentary tickets carry no cash value.
- 3.7
Buyers booking for a company must provide the company name and a valid 16-digit NPWP. The invoice is issued after payment confirmation.
4. Tickets and admission
- 4.1
Tickets are delivered by email as an e-ticket with a QR code after payment confirmation. Each ticket admits one person for one entry and each QR code can be scanned once. Keep your ticket private; the Organiser is not responsible for tickets that are copied or shared.
- 4.2
Tickets show the ticket holder's name, the category, the event details and a ticket reference. The Organiser may ask for identification matching the ticket at the door.
- 4.3
Tickets may not be resold above their face value, offered as a prize or used for commercial promotion without the Organiser's written consent. The Organiser may cancel tickets obtained in breach of this clause and refuse admission to their holders without refund.
- 4.4
Every attendee needs a ticket, whatever their age. Children under 6 are not admitted. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult seated in the same category.
- 4.5
The performance starts at 19:00 WIB sharp. Latecomers are seated at a suitable pause in the programme, at the ushers' discretion, and may be placed in a different seat until the interval.
- 4.6
The Organiser and the venue may refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour disturbs the performance or other guests, or who breaches the venue rules, without refund.
5. During the concert
- 5.1
Photography, audio and video recording are not permitted during the performance. Mobile phones and other devices must be silent and kept out of sight.
- 5.2
Food and drink are not allowed in the hall. Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the venue.
- 5.3
The Organiser and its partners may film and photograph the audience for documentation and promotion of the Concert. By attending you consent to appearing in such material without compensation.
- 5.4
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The Organiser and the venue are not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
6. Changes, cancellation and refunds
- 6.1
All sales are final. Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, moved to another category or cancelled once reserved, except as set out in this section.
- 6.2
The programme, the performers and the running time may change without notice. Such changes do not entitle the Buyer to a refund.
- 6.3
If the Concert is cancelled, the Organiser refunds the ticket price and the tax paid to the bank account from which payment was received. Bank charges, travel, accommodation and other expenses are not refunded. Refund requests must be sent to marketing@ifcci.com within 30 days of the cancellation notice.
- 6.4
If the Concert is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date. A Buyer who cannot attend the new date may request a refund under the same conditions within 30 days of the postponement notice.
- 6.5
Cancellation and postponement notices are published on this website and sent to the email address given at booking. It is the Buyer's responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check it.
7. Liability and force majeure
- 7.1
To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, the Organiser's liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount paid for the tickets concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection.
- 7.2
The Organiser is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government orders, strikes, transport disruption, failure of the venue or its utilities, or the unavailability of the artists (“Force Majeure”). If Force Majeure leads to cancellation or postponement, the refund rules above still apply.
8. Personal data
- 8.1
The name, email address, phone number and company details you provide are used to process the booking, issue tickets and invoices, match your payment, assign seats and send information about the Concert. They are handled in accordance with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.
- 8.2
Your data is shared only with the service providers needed to deliver the Concert (payment, email delivery, admission control) and with the authorities where the law requires it. It is not sold to third parties. You may ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to marketing@ifcci.com.
9. General
- 9.1
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute is first submitted to amicable settlement between the parties; failing agreement within 30 days, the courts of Jakarta have jurisdiction.
- 9.2
The Organiser may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date of your booking. If any clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses continue to apply.
- 9.3
